Tom Ortolf joined the Board in December 2023 effective with the merger of EchoStar and DISH Network Corporation and is a member of our Audit Committee and Nominating Committee. Prior to the merger between EchoStar and DISH Network Corporation, Mr. Ortolf served as a member of DISH Network Corporation’s Board of Directors, Compensation and Nominating Committees and as Chairman of its Audit Committee from May 2005 to December 2023. Mr. Ortolf has been the President of CMC, a privately held investment management firm, for over twenty years.
