Biography

Mr. Wall was appointed to the Board in October 2026. Mr. Wall currently serves on the Board of Directors of various companies and organizations. From 2020 to 2026, Mr. Wall served as a Managing Director at Fidelity Investments, initially joining in 1996 through 2003, and then rejoining in 2020 to July 2026, where he was responsible for restructurings and workouts and serving as a portfolio manager in the High Income and Alternatives division. Prior to rejoining Fidelity, Mr. Wall was a partner at OQ Partners, investing in private companies from 2016 to 2020. From 2006 to 2015, Mr. Wall also served as General Counsel at Abrams Capital, a Boston-based investment firm focused on public and private investments. Previously, Mr. Wall was a founding partner at a hedge fund, Andover Capital, from 2003 to 2005. Mr. Wall also worked from 1992 to 1996 as an associate at Ropes & Gray, providing legal advice on private equity and corporate finance deals.
